PURPOSE:To simplify retention or a resin in an injection machine and the shape of an extrusion path to a blow die head and to make it possible to feed a large amt. of a molten resin to the blow die head by one shot of the injection machine by forming a conduit-shaped resin path on the peripheral face of a resin feeder. CONSTITUTION:A molten resin being melted and kneaded by rotation of a screw of an extruder and transferred to the apex part is successively transferred to a resin retention room through a conduit-shaped resin path A50 formed on a resin feeder A10 and at the same time, a ram of an injection machine is successively retreated to store temporarily the molten resin with a vol. corresponding to one blow-molded item in the resin retention room of the injection machine. Then, the ram of the injection machine is forwarded to feed at a stroke a specified amt. of the molten resin stored temporarily in the resin retention room into the blow die head through this conduit-shaped resin path A50. |
