<p>PURPOSE:To keep the freshness of SUDACHI (Citrus sudachi) and/or KABOSU (Citrus sphaerocarpa) by specifying the concentration relationship between oxygen and carbon dioxide gas (under nitrogen balance). CONSTITUTION:SUDACHI and/or KABOSU are stored in an environment having an oxygen concentration of >=7% and a carbon dioxide gas concentration of >=8% especially at a low or normal temperature to prevent the occurrence of degradation, mildewing, browning, etc., of the fruits during storage or distribution.</p> |
