PURPOSE:To provide a method of molding two injected layers and mold therefor capable of obtaining a two layered wall-thickened molding being sectioned distinctly into the front layer and rear layer in the wall thickness of the molding by performing one injection molding into a single mold. CONSTITUTION:The infection mold is featured that molding is effected by injecting molten resin through a sprue, runner, and gate into the cavity defined by a stationary mold and a movable mold, wherein in the stationary mold 1A, a first sprue 6 for conducting first molten resin and a second sprue 7 for conducting second molten resin are provided respectively independently. The first sprue 6 is connected through a first runner 8 secured on the stationary mold 1A to a cavity 3A and the second sprue 7 is connected through a second runner 9 secured on the movable mold 2A to the cavity 3A. The first runner 8 and second runner 9 are independently made up of each other in their flow passages, and at least the cavity connection part of the first runner 8 and the cavity connection part of the second runner 9 are so arranged as to cause their projected images to be corresponded on the mold contact surface 10A. |
