<p>PURPOSE:To easily and surely regenerate an adsorber by isolating the adsorber with a partition to form a heating chamber, sealing a dry inert gas in the heating chamber, and heating the gas. CONSTITUTION:A partition 34 in the shape of a bottomed vessel surrounding an adsorber 13 is installed inside a heat-insulated vessel 10. A heating chamber 33 is formed of the partition 34 and the top wall of the heat-insulated vessel 10. The heating vessel 33 is in a state where it is completely isolated from a space 35 outside the partition 34 in the heat-insulated vessel 10. And an opening 10a for making the adsorber 13 go in and out at the top wall and inlet 10c for introducing a dry inert gas are provided. And a heater 40 connected to a power source 42 is also installed inside the heating chamber 33. The temp. of the dry inert gas in the heating chamber 33 is detected by a temp. detecting element of a temp. controller 44 to control the heater 40 so that it is kept at the constant value.</p> |
