摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To easily filter and recover Ni-contg. precipitate by adjusting the metal ion concn. of the hydrochloric acid concn. of the hydrochloric acid leaching liquid of magnesium silicate nickel ore and neutralizing the leaching liquid with an Mg-contg. neutralizing agent while stirring the liquid at specific stirring intensity. CONSTITUTION:The magnesium silicate nickel ore is leached with the hydrochloric acid and SiO2 residues are separated. The metal ion concn. in this leaching liquid is adjusted to 0.3 to 1.8mol/l Fe, 0.05 to 0.21mol/l Ni and 1.0 to 2.3mol/l Mg. This adjusted leaching liquid is held at >=50 deg.C and while the liquid is kept stirred at stirring intensity=8.067Tomega/neutralization treatment quantity (T: rotating torque of stirring omega: angular velocity); 1.0X10<-5> to 1.5X10<-3>KW/l, the neutralizing agent contg. the Mg is added at 1.2 to 15.0g/min.l addition rate in terms of the pure component of the Mg to adjust the pH to 3.0 to 6.5. As a result, the Fe- and Ni-contg. precipitate having excellent filtering and washing characteristics is formed. This precipitate is roasted to recover the oxides of the Fe and the Ni and the filtrate is roasted to recover the hydrochloric acid and MgO, respectively economically.</p>
