<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a new gene DNA useful for DR typing, etc., of a human leukocyte antigen. CONSTITUTION:A gene DNA of HLA-DRw14C coding an amino acid sequence of the formula. A base sequence of HLA-DRw14 is amplified by annealing a chromosomal DNA collected from human peripheral blood having DR type of HLA-DRw14C denatured by heat treatment with oligonucleotide primer in the presence of TagDNA polymerase, heat-treating the annealed DNA to carry out primer extension and repeating these steps.</p> |
