<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate short-time molding, wherein a molding of a curved shape or a complicated uneven shape is possible and to make an air impermeable skin material, a skin material high in air passing resistance or a metal foil skin material usable. CONSTITUTION:Uncured inorg. fiber mats 2 containing an uncured binder are laminated to both surfaces of an already cured inorg. fiber mat 1 wherein the binder contained therein is preliminarily cured and the fibers of the surface layer part of at least the single surface thereof are broken and the whole is integrally molded by a hot press.</p> |
