PURPOSE:To provide a condensing unit which improves cooling effect, durability of a compressor even when the unit is installed on a roof and at a narrow path, improves safety, and has structure wherein the unit has a compact state even at a packaging period. CONSTITUTION:A conditioning unit comprises a condenser 31 provided in a position thereunder with an air intake port 37, a unit base 30 on which a compressor 32, a fan motor 33, and a fan 34 are placed and which has a hole communicated to the air intake port 37 of the condenser 31, a first fan duct 36 which has an air primary discharge port 35 and with which a part placed on the unit base 30 is covered, and a second fan duct 40 which is mounted on the first fan duct 36 and has an air secondary discharge port 39 communicated to the air primary discharge port 35. |
