PURPOSE:To lower the price of a reinforced incombustible sheet by forming a wet sheet from sepiolite as a main material, a first binder of thermoplastic resin and a second thermosetting resin to hold a bloth. CONSTITUTION:Sepiolite as a main material and glass fibers are put into an unfibered machine to make them unfibered in an unfibered process 1, and the unfibered sepiolite, first binder, second binder and, etc., are put into a mixing tank to make slurry in a material mixing process 2. The slurry mixed in the material mixing process 2 is concentrated by a concentrating reaction device in a treatment process 3. In addition, the slurry prepared in a sheet in the treatment process 3 is sent out to a stock tank to enter an accumulation process 4. After that, a wet sheet made by dewatering the slurry in a manufacturing process 5 is held by an inorganic cloth in a cloth holding process 6, and it is dried and solidified in a dry process 7 to form an incombustible sheet. Accordingly, incombustibility and waterproof efficiency can be promoted. |
