<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a DNA fragment coding a human protein C and a human protein C expression vector using the fragment. CONSTITUTION:An intron part having arbitrary N pieces (N=1-6) in 7 introns existing among 8 exons which a human protein C gene has, is removed and sequences before and behind the intron part are connected to prepare a new DNA fragment coding a human protein C, an expression vector containing the fragment and an animal cell transformed with the vector. A DNA fragment coding the human protein C improved in expression efficiency is also provided by integrating an usable DNA fragment into the intron remaining in the DNA fragment. These fragments are useful for production of the human protein C protein.</p> |
