A process for printing synthetic fibre material in transfer printing is described, which is characterised in that a printing paste is used which contains (a) a water-soluble sulpho group-containing polymer and one or more components from the group consisting of (b) deaerating agents (c) anionic or non-ionic dispersants and (d) C1-C3-alkanol. Using the present process, brilliant, specimen-like transfer prints can be produced on a white base with good levelness, good fastnesses and with sharp outlines. The printing pastes are distinguished by a good homogeneity, outstanding storage stability and simple handling. |
