A soil improving agent contg. germanium is prepd. by (a) mixing 20-30 % grass-coal, 40-60 % fermented acorn tree and 10 % weathered quartz porphyry, and (b) pulverizing the obtd. mixt. to obtain the 200 mesh final product contg. 0.3-0.8 % germanium. The obtd. final product is useful for the improvement of a soil.
