PURPOSE:To make a conglomerate lump dispersable and improve a layout of a production line of the whole of a pelletizer, by performing positive carrying of a mixed fluid of pellets and cooling water by making use of a pressure feed system such as a pump or an ejector. CONSTITUTION:Positive pressure feed of a mixed fluid of pellets and cooling water streaming down through a discharge port 15 becomes possible by driving an open impeller type vortex pump 24, by connecting the same pump 24 directly with the discharge port 15 directly below the discharge port 15 in a pelletizing chamber 11 of a hot cut pelletizer 1. Then rising piping 26 is connected with the discharge port 25 of the pump 24, the same piping 26 is extended and can then be connected with a centrifugal drier 3 arranged at a place higher than the pelletizing chamber 11 through a dehydrator 27. A grapelike lump to be formed by sticking uncooled pellets to each other through rotation of an impeller 29 exposed within a vortex chamber is separated easily and automatically. |
