PURPOSE:To reduce a switching time of a video line in the television conference system using a satellite line. CONSTITUTION:A station controlling the video conference system is provided with a master controller 2 and each of transmission reception stations #1-#N being system components of the television conference system is provided with a slave controller (4, 9, 14) revising a transmission carrier and a reception carrier of a MODEM (5, 10, 15) based on a control signal from the master controller 2. When a video line is selected, since a station not being a video transmission station is able to receive a video image set newest by having only to revise transmission reception frequencies (f1, f2) of a video image transmission station (station #2), it is not required to select carriers of lots of the reception stations. |
