PURPOSE:To stably adjust the angle of a mirror in a short time and to finely adjust the angle of the mirror. CONSTITUTION:An engagement part which engages the peripheral edge part 15 of a mirror block is provided on the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical bottomed mirror holder 11. The engagement surface between the peripheral edge part 15 of the mirror block 10 and the engagement part of the mirror holder 11 is formed of a recessed and a projected spherical surface which vary the angle of the mirror 14. A slit 20 which penetrates the mirror holder 11 from its outer peripheral surface to the engagement part is formed slantingly to the circumferential direction. A pressure screw 21 which can engage the peripheral edge part 15 of the mirror block 10 is inserted into the slit 20 from outside. The pressure screw 21 is provided movably in the slit 20. The pressure screw 21 and the peripheral edge part 15 of the mirror block 10 are engaged with each other to hold the mirror block 10 on the mirror holder 11. A scale M is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the mirror holder 11 along the slit 20. |
