<p>PURPOSE:To enable a dispersion in resistance value to be prevented, an environment resistance to humidity or the like to be improved, and a high power capacitance to be obtained. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic material is employed where at least one resistor film 4 is buried inside a ceramic sinter 3 to constitute a resistor 1 with the sinter 3 containing the main component of ZnO and Bi, Sb, Co, Mn at 0.1-10mol%, 0.05-5mol%, 0-5mol%, and 0-3mol% in terms of Bi2O3, Sb2O3, CoO, and MnO oxides, respectively.</p> |
