PURPOSE:To sound contents corresponding to an index without depending on visions easily by transmitting plural indexes stored in an index information memory successively as character information, converting the character information to sounds by a sound synthesizing means, and sounding the index. CONSTITUTION:When a content sounding instruction switch 7 is pressed while sounding the index, a sounding content instruction signal S5 is transmitted to a content sounding control circuit 8. Then, the content sounding control circuit 8 transmits a load signal S6 for instructing the read of the address of the content sentence from an index memory 4 to a content address counter 5 and switches a sounding changeover switch 9 to a side B of a content memory 6. The content address counter 5 reads the address in the content memory 6 of the correspondent content sentence from the index memory 4, the content sentence of this address is inputted from the content memory 6 through the sounding changeover switch 9 to a rule synthesizing circuit 10 as the character information. and the content sentence is sounded. |
