<p>PURPOSE:To avoid an event of imposition of an important defect onto the operation of other nodes relating to a node having a function fault when the node section sending control information has the function fault while plural node sections are connected to a communication line through which the control information is sent with multiplexing. CONSTITUTION:When reception control information sent through a high speed communication line 11 is to be sent substantially through a low speed communication line 12, a meter node 15 among plural nodes connecting to the high speed communication line 11 and the low speed communication line 12 through which control information is sent with multiplexing sends the transmission control information equivalent to the reception control information to the low speed communication line 12 and when the reception control information received from the low speed communication line 12 is to be sent through the high speed communication line substantially, the node 15 sends the transmission control information corresponding to the reception control information to the high speed communication line 11.</p> |
