PURPOSE:To reduce whole traffic, and simultaneously, to shorten communication time by transmitting mass information and control information to control the adoption and the selection of the mass information to all other parties through the same multi-address communication path. CONSTITUTION:In the case of transmitting a large quantity of still picture information from a center controller 2 to a large number of the other parties, a list like information adoption and selection information is reported to each information receiver 4 by using the multi-address communication path 5. After that, the center controller 2 reads out objective information 11 stored in a file 1 on the basis of the information adoption and selection information, and transmits it successively to all the information receivers 4 through the radiation type multi-address communication path 5. The information receiver 4 records beforehand the received information adoption and selection information in a storage device, and receives selectively a still picture, etc., that the information receiver 4 requests among objective information 11 such as the still picture, etc., sent through the multi-address communication path by using the information.
