PURPOSE:To shorten the lock-up time. CONSTITUTION:The content of the output of a counter 8 measuring the period of an output fin/N from a program divider 1 is composed with the content of the output of a reference period setting registration 10 storing an expected counted value. A prescribed level (high/low level) selected by an output selector 11 is outputted from a charge pump 6' till they are coincident depending on the result of a coincidence detection circuit 9, and the output is held to a high impedance state when they are coincident. Thus, when the frequency is changed largely, the lock-up time is shortened. |
