PURPOSE:To provide a fault information collecting system in which fault information of another computer system is quickly collected in the optional computer system concerning the fault information collecting system in a multi-processor system. CONSTITUTION:A system is constituted in such a way that a monitoring device 100 is provided with a path 1 which executes connection between the monitoring devices 100 detecting a fault in a data processor so as to execute a fault diagnosis, a starting means 2 which starts the collection of fault information, a command transmitting means 3 which transmits the identifying code of another computer system together with command information requesting fault information by way of the path, a command receiving means 4 which receives command information based on the identifying code transmitted through the path 1, a fault information transmitting means 5 which transmits fault information by way of the path and a fault information receiving means 6 which receives fault information transmitted through the path. |
