PURPOSE:To obtain an electronic timepiece with a consumed calorie indicating function from which the consumed calorie value of the user can be easily recognized at a glance even while the user takes a physical exercise by equipping himself with the time piece. CONSTITUTION:When the user of the title timepiece inputs the intensity of a specific exercise he takes and his sex and age by operating specific switches of a switching section 18 under the control of a CPU 1, the calorie consumed per one minute by the user from the exercise is obtained and stored in a RAM 17. When the user operates a specific switch of the section 18 at the time of starting or terminating the exercise, the calorie consumed by the user by the then time is calculated by using the consumed calorie per minute and indicated by means of a minute and o'clock hands 10 and 12. |
