PURPOSE:To improve the frequency characteristic of a photoelectric conversion element carrier which is used for an optical communication operation, an optical-information processing operation or the like. CONSTITUTION:The title element carrier is constituted in the following manner: a photoelectric conversion element 2 and an amplification circuit 3 which amplifies a photoelectric current converted by means of the photoelectric conversion element 2 are mounted on a carrier 1 which is provided with wiring patterns 6, 7, 12 formed on two faces of a square pillar-shaped ceramic member 4 and which is provided with a sheet-shaped metal member 5 brazed and fixed to the bottom face. |
