PURPOSE:To output two kinds of business forms of two time limit distributions, and two classified businesses required for a communication businessman by executing an output of classified business forms by an allocation processing between departments and a result of allocation from a department code, and an output of classified business forms by an allocation processing and a result of allocation between kinds of business. CONSTITUTION:A department code is constituted of a discrimination code in a department and a discrimination code of the business kind, and a value of a common department in which a distribution amount is stored is distributed in a ratio set to each department of a business department, a facilities maintenance department and a management department. It is primary distribution, and a separate department business form is outputted. Subsequently, by a value after the distribution between the departments is executed, a distribution processing between a telephone, a private line, and the business kind of trust is executed from others. It is a secondary distribution, and a business separate kind business form is outputted. That is, the department code is set to a system which can discriminate the department and can discriminate the business kind, and the distribution between the department is executed by the department code. |
