PURPOSE:To simply and accurately grasp a charging amount by calculating- displaying the amount of a storage battery and to easily deliver a tariff from a charging facility supplier to a user by calculating-displaying a charging tariff with electric power as a reference. CONSTITUTION:In the case of charging, output current and voltage of a rectifier 7 are respectively detected by a current detector 10 and a voltage detector 11. A charging amount is obtained from a detected current by a multiplier 13, and the charging amount of a storage battery 4 is obtained by an integrator 14. Further, electric power is obtained from the charging amount and the detected voltage by a multiplier 15, electric power required for charging is obtained by an integrator 16, and the power is converted to charging tariff by a tariff converter 17. The charging amount and tariff of the battery 4 are displayed on a display unit 19. |
