PURPOSE:To improve the detection sensitivity to radiation by a method wherein the write data and read data of each information storage element are collated to each other and the number of the data, which do not coincide with each other, is counted. CONSTITUTION:Data output S12 on a specified address in a DRAM 1 is read in order and the read data is collated to write data S11 in a write data generating circuit 9. When the inversion of the read data S12 is confirmed as the result of collating the write data to the read data in a data collating circuit e, data inversion pulses S13 are sent out front the circuit 8 to a count display circuit 10 and the number of the pulses S13, which are inputted within a prescribed time in this circuit 10, is outputted to a counter display device, such as an LCD, an electronic buzzer and the like. Thereby, the detection sensitivity to radiation can be improved, the constitutions of the circuits can be simplified and the circuits can be manufactured in a small size and at low cost. |
