PURPOSE:To facilitate the making of a circuit into an integrated circuit and to attain the miniaturization and light weight of equipment and the stabilization of a circuit operation by applying signal processing to a signal orthogonally demodulated and transformed to a baseband, and obtaining delay detection output. CONSTITUTION:Phase difference of pi/2 is supplied to the output of a local oscillator 120 at a phase circuit 130, and it is orthogonally demodulated and bi-sected by the mixture of the local oscillation signals of mixers 141, 142 and an input phase modulation wave. A vector A1 (t) in which a vector A (t) of the bi-sected signals is rotated by pi/4 and a vector A3 (t) in which the vector A (t) is rotated by 3pi/4 form the combination of orthogonal components. When delay time is selected at the symbol period T of a transmission signal at delay circuits 171, 172 to perform delay detection, a vector A1 (t-T) and a vector A3 (t-T) are outputted from the circuits 171, 172. Detection output signals can be obtained at terminals 193, 194 by multiplying 182, 183 delay output by a signal in which the signal processing is applied to orthogonal demodulation output. |
