发明名称 INSULATED WIRE
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide high heat resistant characteristics and mechanical properties by forming the first insulation film layer to the prescribed thickness, and enable an insulation film to be easily removed from the end of a wire by using carbon dioxide laser. CONSTITUTION:The first insulation film layer of polyether sulfonic resin having the predetermined constitutional formula is formed on a conductor, and the second insulation film layer of resin selected from a group of polyester imide resin, polyamide imide resin and polyimide resin is formed on the external surface of the first insulation film layer. In this case, the thickness of the first insulation film layer is kept equal to or less than 1/3 of the thickness of a whole insulation film layer. According to this construction, the insulation film layer comes to have high heat resistance, and can be removed easily and in a short time by irradiating carbon dioxide laser in the treatment of a wire end. Also, a soldering work thereafter can be simplified, and the reliability of a wire connecting work can be improved.
