PURPOSE: To improve the latitude for exposure by preparing a mixture of a block copolymer, org. compd. having unsatd. bonds, photopolymn. initiator and dye, and incorporating a specified azo dye into the dye. CONSTITUTION: The mixture consists of one kind of block copolymer selected from styrene, butadiene and/or isoprene, an org. compd. having one kind of unsatd. bond as photopolymerizable olefin, at least one kind of photopolymn. initiator, and at least one kind of dye. The dye contains at least one kind of azo dye expressed by formula I to V. In formulae, R<1> is H, OH, O-, COOH or COO-, R<2> is H or NO2 , R<3> is H or SO3 H, R<4> is H, OH or O-, R<5> is H or phenyl group, R<6> is H or CH3 , R<7> is H, CH3 , COOH or COOR, R<8> is H, etc., R<9> is H, CH3 , NO2 or SO3 H, R<10> is H, OH, NH2 , NHR or NR2 , and R<12> is H, 1 to 12C alkyl group or SO3 H. |
