PURPOSE:To register an accurate mode setting start time even when a mode registration time is delayed by providing a timer measuring an elapsed time from the mode setting to an equipment of a mobile body. CONSTITUTION:Mode information of a mobile body 7 is inputted from a mode setting device 1. In this case, the elapsed time from a point of time of mode setting is counted by a timer 2 and the mode setting information and the elapsed time 0 of the timer 2 are sent to a radio equipment 4 of a center station 8 via a radio equipment 3. When a fault reply comes or no reply comes within a specified time, the radio equipment 3 revises the elapsed time by the timer 2 from the mode setting point of time and sends the result again to the radio equipment 4. A mode information processing unit 5 registers a time resulting from subtracting the elapsed time of the timer 2 of the mobile body 7 from the time of a master clock 6 as the occurrence time of the mode. |
