<p>PURPOSE:To get a superconductive magnet which can improve cooling performance and can be miniaturized. CONSTITUTION:A helium vessel 2 accommodates a cylindrical superconductive coil, and cools it to extremely low temperature by liquid helium. A second and first heat shields 5 and 6 and further a vacuum vessel 4 are arranged coaxially to surround this helium vessel 2. An L-shaped tube 50 is arranged above the helium vessel 2 so as to front on the helium gas atmosphere evaporated in the helium vessel 2. For a cylinder 51 fitted to a refrigerator, the end is connected to the L-shaped tube 50 through bellows 52, and it is attached to the end face of the vacuum vessel 4 in nearly parallel with the axial direction of a superconductive coil. A three-stage cold accumulating refrigerator 30 is inserted and fixed to the cylinder 50 fitted to a refrigerator and by the heat stage 43 on the third stage, the helium gas drawn out into the L-shaped tube 50 is liquefied again.</p> |
