<p>PURPOSE:To provide an electronic apparatus with which an electronic part can be positioned in a highly precise manner by preventing the flow out of molten solder. CONSTITUTION:In the electronic apparatus provided with a built-in internal component part 20 which is formed by integrating the electronic parts 11 to 15 bridged between a plurality of lead pieces 2 to 8 that are cut out from a lead frame 1, grooves 9a, which prevent the flowing out of fused solder, are provided on the circumference of the soldering parts 2a to 8a of the lead pieces 2 to 8.</p> |
