<p>PURPOSE: To increase the luminance of a sight, in a color projection device. CONSTITUTION: The luminance of the sight in the color projection device can be increased in both of a temporal filter shape device and a spatial filter shape device. In the temporal device, a part of the whole illumination time is allotted to white light, to increase the total luminance. In the spatial device, a part, 26 of an illuminated section 18 is allotted to the white light. Parts 20, 22, 24 and 26 are allotted as various kinds of regions on a spatial optical modulator 18 or one spatial optical modulator is used exclusively for a section for using the white light.</p> |
