<p>PURPOSE:To grasp assets of every fund for such purposes as data is grasped by a larger classification than each separate brand, and the assets are operated, and also, to easily execute the assets allocation (assets distribution) management by securing a new field in a brand record grasped as the maximum unit on a data base and having a different index every fund therein. CONSTITUTION:In a data for constituting balance records (a)-(c) by connecting plural transaction records 1-3 in which a brand code is a key item, in the brand codes of the balance records (a)-(c), a field for adding indexes of funds A-C in which its brand is an object is provided, and the index of each separate fund is added to the field, by which the balance record (b) in which the transaction records 1-3 are continued is managed by a fund unit.</p> |
