PURPOSE:To express the converting process of optional combinations easily by applying a conversion parameter from outside to a processing part with a conversion rule. CONSTITUTION:The applied conversion rule is defined as a conversion parameter 1. By executing a parameter translation part 2 by inputting this parameter, a conversion table 3 is generated. A data converting part (normalizing) 8, as referring to the conversion table 3, takes out one item at a time from a record 4 to be converted or a transaction 5 by the rule stipulated separately, executes a conversion processing Ti to an applicable item Ii, generates a converted item ij, and stores it in a position Pj. The data converting part 8 is provided with a conversion processing function for a known conversion rule Tn and operates corresponding to the conversion rule code of the conversion table. By executing the conversion processing successively on the next items Ij, Ik to be converted and so forth, a targeted conversion record 6 or a transaction 7 is generated. |
