PURPOSE:To provide a mounting position correcting device for part mounting apparatus which mounts a part in a correct position on a substrate even when the displacement of a part mounting head. CONSTITUTION:A mounting position correcting device for part mounting apparatus provided with imaging devices 3 and a positional deviation detecting means 5; the imaging devices 3 image a substrate 1 on a substrate support table 2, and the positional deviation detecting means 5 detects the positional deviation of the substrate 1 on the substrate support table 2 based on data of the fixed mark position on the substrate 1 contained in image data. The part mounting head 10 of the mounting position correcting device is provided with mark applying parts 10a to apply marks for position detection to the upper face of the substrate 1. In addition, provided are a second positional deviation detecting means 7 to detect the positional deviation of the part mounting head 10 based on the relation between the applied mark position and the fixed mark position in image data; a correction amount computing means 8 to compute the correction amount required for correcting the positional deviation detected by both positional deviation detecting means 5 and 7; and a position correcting means 9 to move the substrate support table 2 and/or the part mounting head according to the computed correction amount. |
