PURPOSE:To isolate a circuit component, etc., from external environments, guarantee the long-term reliability and reduce the total thickness. CONSTITUTION:A circuit board 1 is composed of a flat board 11 of insulating material. The board 11 has a connector 12 formed along its one side for connection with an external circuit, a pattern wiring 14 formed on one or both surfaces, and a plurality of recessed part 16 for inserting and fixing a circuit component. A bare chip 3, a passive element 4, etc., are inserted into the recessed part 16 on the circuit board 1 to be fixed. The whole components other than the connector 12 are sealed by resin 2. |
