PURPOSE:To realize gentle drying without lowering a water amount in granule than an aimed value by adding steam to heated dry air. CONSTITUTION:Polyvinyl alcohol is added to soft ferrite sintered powder, kneaded and granulated. The granule 2 is put in a tube-like fluid bed and air 7 which is mixed with steam 8 and is heated to 55 deg.C at pressure of 2kg/cm<2> is made to flow. A temperature in the fluid bed is controlled at 60'C and a comparison humidity is controlled at 70%. Thereby, over-drying can be prevented and water can be adjusted at an aimed amount accurately and uniformly. Soft ferrite granule of good molding properties can be acquired stably in this way. |
