Drainage of cooling fluid from scrapped vehicles - involves cutter inside offtake chamber to make hole in cooling fluid hose
摘要
The equipment is used for draining the coolant fluid from a vehicle engine in a scrapyard. It has a head which fits onto a coolant hose (3) and includes a flexible clip (5) which fits over the hose to hold it in place. A rotating cutter (10), driven by a motor (11), penetrates into the hose, releasing the fluid. The fluid flows down into a chamber (7) surrounding the cutter shaft and flows out through a spout (8) to which a drainage hose (9) is connected. The equipment housing consists of two parts (1,2) screwed together. A trigger 914) on the bottom of the hosing controls the motor driving the cutter. USE/ADVANTAGE - Drainage equipment gets rid of cooling fluid from scrapped vehicles with min. wastage and contamination of the environment.
