<p>The invention relates to a device for fastening a heat exchanger (12) with a tubular header box (16) onto a support piece (14). The device comprises a first fastening element (24) having a concave central part (26), at least one retaining lug (32) and an extension (36) provided with clamping means (38); a second fastening element (48) having a concave central part (50), a retaining tab (56) provided with at least one slot (58) for receiving the lug (32) and an extension (62) provided with clamping means (66) which are capable of interacting with the clamping means of the first fastening element; as well as a fastening tab (72) formed integrally with the first and/or the second fastening element and capable of being connected to the support piece.
