The data access circuit enhances the data access speed in CPU in memory boards of electronic exchangers. This circuit comprises a data buffer and a address latch buffer means (20), which is made of a dual direction bus transceiver and opens the receive nodes, a control buffer and control means (30), which provides control signals to the data buffer and address latch buffer means (20), a data latch buffer means (60), which continually creates address strobe (AS) signals and a memory array means (40).
