his method uses the 7-segment dot lamp that shows telephone numbers to indicate the field strength. Even during communication, this shows the field strength convieniently on the dot lamp without making a separate space for indicating field strength. This system uses an antenna which receives high frequency signals, a cordless frequency module (2), an analog/digital convertor (3), a CPU and an indicating device (5). The first stage of operation changes reception signals into digital signals and stores it in memory. Second stage chooses the level of field level. The third stage indicates the field level on the 7-segment dot lamp.
