<p>PURPOSE:To make pay load data into a cell by providing a means storing identification information of transmission information and a means which successively and repeatedly reads-out stored identification information and blocks corresponding transmission information by each block. CONSTITUTION:At the time of receiving a frame F, a microprocessor 26 instructs a cell generation part 23 to stop outputting a pay load data requirement signal. Processing to be executed next are to write the frame data F newly received into a frame memory 21, to write the identification data into an identification data storage memory 24 and to store pay load data storage address PDA in a frame management memory 25. After those, the processor 26 indicates the generation of the pay load data requirement signal to the generation part 23. Pay load data PD supplied by the generation part 23 is constructed to be the cell S by being added with a header H and the cell S is sent to an ATM network.</p> |
