PURPOSE:To reduce the skew of a synchronization control signal, to facilitate its adjusting work and to enable corresponding to the automation of skew adjustment. CONSTITUTION:Skew adjusting circuit SQ1-SQn are respectively provided between a wiring for going W1 and the wiring for coming W2 arranged in an opposite direction so as to be in parallel with the wiring for going, which are arranged in a route with one stroke so as to transmit the synchronization control signal S to respective circuit blocks B1-Bn, and the respective circuit blocks. Then, timing information which indicates the average value Ta' of a deviation in phases, which is caused when the synchronization control signals are respectively propagated in the wirings for going and coming, is generated and the frequency of the above synchronization control signals are respectively set so as to fit the respective corresponding circuit blocks based on the information so that they are supplied. |
