<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently confirm whether or not data are correctly inputted. CONSTITUTION:The part of input information is displayed on the main screen of a display device 7 and the input information is also displayed on the subordinate screen in drawing units or page units; and data showing the completion of confirmation is added to the confirmed data displayed on the main screen by a confirming operation part 11 through the input means consisting of a mouse 1 and a keyboard 2 and when objects of confirmation displayed on the main screen are confirmed, a confirmation area control part 8 displays a confirmation end area where the confirmed objects of confirmation is present on the subordinate screen. The data in the confirmation end area are stored so that an image can be displayed together with input information. Therefore, document confirming operation can be performed on a display device to save paper and time, and the completion of the confirmation can be certified to 3rd persons without using any media such as paper.</p> |
