<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the using efficiency of a line and to certainly contain the communication of a wide band which is suddenly generated concerning a call containing system where the call having high priority is contained in preference. CONSTITUTION:A nonpriority call communication quality deterioration means 102 makes the communication quality of a nonpriority call which is already connected to its own node to deteriorate by referring to or controlling a connection call management means 101 at the time of setting a priority call so as to ensure the requirement band of the priority call to be set. A nonpriority call path replacing means 105 obtains a by-pass which can ensure the requirement band of the nonpriority call whose communication quality is deteriorated by the nonpriority call communication quality deterioration means 102 by referring-to/controlling the connection call management means 101, a path management means 103 and an empty band management means 104, and replaces the communication route of nonpriority call to the by-pass at the time of finding it.</p> |
