DERIVATIVES OF N-SUBSTITUTED CARBAMIC AND CARBONIC ACID WITH 2-(2-ARYL-4-MORPHOLYL)-ETHANOLS AND METHOD FOR THEIR PREPARATION

These derivatives find application as bioactive substances with psychotropic effect in medicine. They have the following general formula:<IMAGE>where R means phenoxy group, morpholyl or piperidyl and X means hydrogen, lower alkyl, chlorine or bromine. The preparation method involves esterifying 2-(2-aryl-4-morpholyl)-ethanols with a phenyl ester of chloroformic acid. This is followed by aminolisis with secondary amines containing one or two heteroatoms in their rings.
