PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain many units by forming a color filter layer without any discarded area when the color filter layer is formed on transparent electrodes by electrodeposition. CONSTITUTION:The transparent electrodes 1 are formed in a desired shape on a transparent substrate 2, the color filter layer is formed by electrodeposition on the transparent electrodes 1, and liquid crystal driving ICs are mounted on fixation pads 1B at the tip parts of plural lead-round lines 1A extended from the transparent electrodes. This liquid crystal display device has the fixation pads 1B formed corresponding to the number of colors of the color filter layer, which is formed by using the fixation pads 1B as the electrode at the time of the electrodeposition. |
