PURPOSE:To provide the speech editing device for the natural moving picture which facilitates the frame-to-frame editing of a speech. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a trigger detection part which obtains a trigger signal as the start of one word from a speech signal, a pause detection part 14 which detects no signal as the end of one word from the speech signal, a control part 11 which stores time data on the trigger signal and pause signal and memory addresses, and a frame counter 23 which counts the frames from the trigger signal to the pause signal, and the speech data on the one word detected by the trigger detection part 13 and pause detection part 14 from the speech signal are put in one to obtain a speech spectrum; and this speech spectrum is processed and then put back to the memory addresses stored by the control part 11 and speech data and image data are stored for the frames counted by the frame counter 23. |
