<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an open boxy container for use in the manufacture of voltage dependent nonlinear resistors which enables favorable dehydration and firing processes and has stable characteristics. CONSTITUTION:An open boxy container for use in a hydration and a firing processes for zinc oxide element molded bodies in the manufacture of a voltage dependent nonlinear resistor containing zinc oxide as principal component. The container consists of its body 1 having an opening 2 at the bottom thereof and a multihole plate setter 3 placed on the opening 2. Zinc oxide element molded objects 5 are set on the multihole plate setter 4, then dehydrated and fired.</p> |
